Prioritize Self-Care with a Lavender Bath

Self-care is one of those things we know we need but often skip until we're completely burnt out. Let's change that.

Make It a Habit:
Schedule your self-care like you would any other appointment. It doesn't have to be elaborate - just intentional. What counts as self-care will look different for everyone and can change based on what you need that day.

Try This:
Add a few drops of Lavender (or your favorite oil) mixed with a carrier oil to Epsom salts and draw a warm bath. Bring a portable diffuser, a good book, and a cup of tea. Turn your bathroom into a relaxation station for 20 minutes.

It's simple, but it works.
