Drink Your Water

We all know water is important, but let's talk about why it actually matters. Proper hydration supports clear skin, healthy digestion, and can even curb unnecessary snacking.

The goal❓ Aim for 8-10 cups (2-2.5 litres) of fluid per day.

Morning Routine:

Keep a glass of water on your nightstand. In the morning, after brushing your teeth, add 1 drop of your favourite citrus oil - Lemon, Tangerine, or Grapefruit - and drink it down. Easy start to your hydration goal.

Track Your Intake:

Some people use water bottles with measurements marked on the side. Others use phone apps to log their intake. Find what works for you and stick with it.

This is one of the simplest habits that can make a real difference in how you feel.
