Try to incorporate a little meditation before bed. It doesn’t have to be long at all. Try this roller blend to support your meditation and the process of calming down:
Ingredients:
💧10 drops of Frankincense essential oil
💧8 drops of Sandalwood essential oil
💧6 drops of Patchouli essential oil
💧Carrier oil of your choice (such as fractionated coconut oil or jojoba oil)
Instructions:
1️⃣ Find a roller bottle of your preferred size; typically, a 10ml roller bottle works well.
2️⃣ Add the number of drops for each essential oil into the roller bottle.
3️⃣ Fill the rest of the bottle with your chosen carrier oil, leaving a small space at the top for the roller ball.
4️⃣ Insert the roller ball and tightly screw on the cap.
Apply the roller blend to your pulse points, such as wrists, temples, and neck.
