Body Fuel Smoothie

Who doesn’t love a good smoothie, what’s even better than a yummy smoothie is a nutrient-packed smoothie full of all the goods to fuel your body.  

💧2 cups of milk or water
💧1 Tbsp Raw Cacao 
💧1 Tbsp Flaxseed
💧1 Tsp Chia Seeds
💧1 Scoop of doTERRA Greens
💧1 Scoop of doTERRA Fiber 
💧1 Tbsp Organic Peanut Butter
💧1 banana (organic when possible)
💧2 drops of peppermint oil 
💧Ice or frozen berries, mango or spinach

Mix together in a blender. If you add more liquids, the mixture tends to be thicker. Enjoy 😉
