Wired but Tired Oil

Your workouts naturally spike your adrenaline which is great if you tend to workout in the morning or mid afternoon, but for those who catch a late workout this can get your body tired but wired. 

So to calm your mind after a long workout, grab your lavender and put a few drops over your chest and on your belly to start to promote a calm “chill” energy before relaxing into the evening.
