Swiss Army knife of essential oils

When people generally think of essential oils, I think one of the most widely known is Lavender đź’śand for good reason too - it is one of the most versatile oils there is! It’s no wonder it is known as the “Swiss Army knife of essential oils.”

Lavender has been used for centuries. The Romans and Egyptians used it for perfume, bathing, and cooking. It is also often used for it’s skin-soothing properties and probably is most famous for its ability to relax and aid with sleep.

One of my favorite things to do is a DIY Epsom Salt bath. All you need is:

✔️ 1 cup Epsom Salt
✔️ 10 drops Lavender essential oil

Add Lavender to Epsom Salt and stir together. Draw a warm bath and add the salts to the tub. Relax and enjoyâť—
