Homemade Scented Candles

Create your own tranquil ambiance with homemade scented candles. It's a soothing way to enhance your surroundings with gentle light and aroma.

You’ll need:
💧Beeswax or soy wax (about 1 cup per candle)
💧5 drops of Lavender per candle
💧Candle wicks
💧Heat-resistant containers (jars, tins, etc.)
💧Double boiler or a heat-safe bowl over a pot.

Instructions:
1️⃣ Prepare your containers by placing the wick in the center. You can use a bit of melted wax or a wick sticker to secure the wick at the bottom.
2️⃣ Melt the beeswax or soy wax in a double boiler or a heat-safe bowl set over a pot of simmering water. Stir occasionally until entirely melted.
3️⃣ Once the wax is melted, remove it from the heat and let it cool slightly. Then, add 5 drops of Lavender to the melted wax and stir well.
4️⃣ Carefully pour the scented wax into your prepared containers, ensuring the wick stays centered.
5️⃣ Allow the wax to cool and solidify completely, which can take several hours. You may need to adjust the wick slightly as the wax cools.
6️⃣ Once the wax is solid, trim the wick to about 1/4 inch above the wax surface.

Your homemade scented candles are now ready to use. Light them to create a peaceful and calming atmosphere in your home.
