Hydration

If you aren’t a water lover, skip the nasty artificial water flavorings and do this instead:

đź’§ Set up a hydration station with your favourite citrus oils
🍓 Cut up fresh fruit to add to add to your water (Try strawberry, mango, or pineapple)
🍋 Make “light” lemonade with ¼ to ½ the amount of sugar (add fresh fruit too)

Our bodies are 80% water. It keeps our digestive health moving along, supports our brain health, keeps our skin glowing and our whole body functioning properly.
