Peppermint & Common Foot Soak
Ingredients:
𧽠cup Epsom salt
π§¼ cup baking soda
π§10 drops Common Myrtle
π§5 drops Peppermint
π§5 drops Rosemary
π§1 tablespoon Dried Lavender or Rosemary (optional)
Method:
In a mixing bowl, combine the Epsom salt, baking soda and essential oils. Add the dried Lavender and Rosemary if you are using. Store in a glass jar until ready to use.
Add ¼ cup to a basin of warm water. Soak your feet for 15-20 minutes.
