Gratitude Journaling

Let’s anchor you into the most powerful emotion - Gratitude.

We can all think of 3-5 things in our lives that we are grateful for, but when you start to intentionally keep a gratitude journal morning and night your brain will start to scan for things all day long to be grateful for.

This will make you a magnet for more things to be grateful for, so this is a powerful exercise to incorporate into your daily routine.

So start a gratitude journal. Take a few minutes to jot down three things you're grateful for each day.
