Mindful Breathing

Have you practiced breathwork yet ❓

Mindful breathing can take you from feeling stressed and anxious, to feeling supported and calm in just a few minutes. 

Take deep, intentional breaths, inhale for 3 and slowly exhale for 3, repeat this 10-20 times and to supercharge this add in a drop of frankincense over your chest to ground your energy.
