Schedule Self-Care Time

Feeling rested is not just about sleep❗ We need to take time for ourselves on a regular basis. Even if it's sometimes difficult or circumstances don't allow it.

Take out your calendar today and block out 15 minutes for yourself over the next few days. It doesn't take much: a cup of coffee/tea or simply a few minutes of fresh air.

I try to take 10 minutes a day to meditate.
