Moving our bodies will help our whole system. Not only do we strengthen our immune system, but we will also have a healthy heart, lean muscles, better posture and your mindset is so much clearer❗ 

I want to encourage you to find a form of movement that you love, find an accountability buddy that will inspire you to stay focused and decide that today is the perfect day to integrate new habits that are leading you towards your healthiest version of you! 

Here are some different things to try:

- Yoga
- Stretching
- Tai Chi
- Spinning
- Running
- Martial Arts
- Chasing your kids in the yard
