We have spent a lot of time focusing on cleaning products for the home but there are also chemicals hiding out in our personal care items as well. This recipe to make your own body wash sounds invigorating!
All you need is:
💧8 oz glass pump bottle
💧½ cup unscented castile soap
💧4 tbsp vegetable glycerin
💧3 tbsp fractionated coconut oil (FCO)
💧10 drops of your favorite essential oil (consider Citrus Bliss, Peppermint, Grapefruit, or Lime)
✅ Directions:
1. Combine ingredients in a glass pump.
2. Add essential oils.
3. Shake before each use to combine.
