FIBRE OAT CUPS
Makes 1 1⁄2 dozen
Ingredients:
3 ripe bananas
1 1⁄2 cups coconut, almond, or vanilla oat milk
1⁄4 cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 large organic eggs
3 cups oats
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 1⁄2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon kosher salt
2 tablespoons chai seeds
2 scoops dōTERRA Fibre
2⁄3 cup bittersweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Spray a 12-cup muffin pan with cooking spray and set aside.
In a large-sized bowl, smash the bananas until they’re no longer chunky.
Add all the other ingredients and mix until incorporated.
Divide the batter evenly into the muffin pan and bake for 17 minutes.
Allow to cool for 5 minutes before removing from the pan.
Store any leftovers in a storage bag for 7 days at room temperature or in the fridge.
