High body temperatures.🔥🔥🔥 

They get a bad rap but really they are proof that our bodies and immune systems are doing exactly as they are supposed to and fighting off what is invading your body. That’s why we don’t want to suppress them, we just want to keep the body comfortable.

If experiencing a high temperature, dilute 1 drop of Lavender in a carrier oil and massage the back of the neck, feet, behind ears, etc. Dilute 1 drop of Peppermint in a carrier oil and rub into bottoms of feet as well. Repeat every few hours and watch the essential oils work their magic by supporting the body’s immune systemâť—
