We may be headed into spring but it is always important to keep our immune systems built up! I like to beef up my immune game especially when commuting. My go-to plan is what I like to refer to as my F.L.O.O.T. roller.

In a 10 ml roller combine:
π§10 drops Frankincense
π§10 drops Lemon
π§10 drops OnGuard
π§5 drops Oregano
π§10 drops Tea Tree
Top with Fractionated Coconut Oil and roll apply daily to the bottoms of feet to stay protected and as needed if coming down with something.
