Welcome to week four of Wellness Elevated. This week the focus is on sleep.

Sleep is fundamental to our physical and mental wellness. Creating long term sustainable improvements in our sleep takes a comprehensive approach targeting the internal conditions that assist sleep which include a relaxed body and a mind at rest. Other key factors include optimising our bedroom environment to make it conducive to resting both body and mind as well as engaging in helpful practices during the day and before sleep to prepare and assist us to let go and switch off.
