DIY Refreshing Foot Soak

After a long day, your tired feet deserve some pampering. Treat yourself to a DIY Refreshing Foot Soak infused with the power of essential oils. 

You'll need:

๐ŸŒฟ 1/2 cup Epsom salt
๐ŸŒฟ 1/4 cup sea salt
๐ŸŒฟ 3 drops of Peppermint
๐ŸŒฟ 3 drops of Lavender
๐ŸŒฟ 1 drop of Tea Tree
A large bowl or basin
Warm water

Instructions

โœ”๏ธ Fill a basin with warm water.
โœ”๏ธ Add 1/2 cup Epsom salt and 1/4 cup sea salt; stir to dissolve.
โœ”๏ธ Drop in 3 drops each of Peppermint and Lavender essential oils and 1 drop of Tea Tree oil.
โœ”๏ธ Soak your feet for 15-20 minutes.
โœ”๏ธ Relax, breathe, and let the soothing aroma melt stress away.
โœ”๏ธ Pat feet dry and enjoy refreshed feet.
